The YONCO High-Pressure High-Temperature Globe Valve is a specialized solution engineered for the most demanding environments in thermal power plants, petroleum refineries, and chemical processing facilities. Designed to withstand pressures up to Class 2500 (45.0 MPa) and temperatures reaching 570°C, these valves utilize advanced pressure self-tightening sealing technology to ensure absolute safety and zero-leakage performance under extreme thermal and pressure fluctuations.
Core Engineering Features
- Pressure Self-Tightening Seal: The valve cavity adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure. The higher the internal pipeline pressure, the tighter and more reliable the seal becomes, making it superior for high-pressure isolation.
- Stellite® Hardfaced Sealing: Both the valve disc and seat sealing surfaces are overlaid with Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, providing exceptional resistance to wear, high temperatures, erosion, and scratching.
- High-Durability Stem: The valve stem undergoes precision tempering and surface nitridization (nitriding treatment), ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and anti-galling performance during frequent operation.
- Optimized Stuffing Box: The depth of the stuffing box is scientifically calculated to house high-quality packing with corrosion inhibitors, ensuring a reliable secondary seal against fugitive emissions.
- Welded Branch Structure: Both ends of the branch pipe are available in welded structures with custom welding grooves to match specific standard or user requirements.
