The YONCO Lift Check Valve (H41H / H41Y / H41W Series) is an essential component for unidirectional flow control in industrial piping systems. Operating automatically by the pressure of the fluid, it reliably prevents media backflow, protecting upstream equipment from damage. Designed for a pressure range from PN16 to PN100 (1.6 MPa – 10.0 MPa), it is widely utilized in purification equipment, petroleum processing, metallurgy, and power generation.
Working Principle & Core Advantages
- Automatic Flow Control: When the media enters the valve body from the direction indicated by the arrow, the fluid pressure creates an upward thrust. Once this thrust exceeds the weight of the disc, the valve opens automatically.
- Instant Backflow Prevention: If the flow stops or reverses, the combined force of the downstream pressure and the disc’s own gravity firmly pushes the disc against the seat, instantly shutting off the valve to prevent reverse flow.
- Simple & Reliable Structure: The lift mechanism (similar to a globe valve structure) ensures highly reliable seating and tight shut-off, reducing maintenance frequency.
- Easy Maintenance: The top-entry design allows for convenient inspection and repair without removing the entire valve from the pipeline.
- Hard-Faced Seating: Sealing surfaces are overlaid with Chrome Stainless Steel or Hard Alloy (Stellite), ensuring excellent resistance to abrasion and high temperatures.
